Unit Heads are the camp directors for their unit, responsible for the overall happiness and well-being of the campers and staff in their unit. Depending on the summer, size of the unit, and staffing, a unit could have one unit head, a unit head and an assistant, or co-unit heads. Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is a two session experience for rising 11th graders filled with hands-on work experience, leadership development, child care training, service and fun, preparing them to transition from campers to staff.
