Description
- Managing the transportation schedules through the Google Calendar shared with our sister camp, Forest Acres.
- Create and maintain spreadsheet to keep track of technology the campers bring to Camp, including checking it in and returning at the end of the summer
- Help call and arrange transportation for trip days
- Assist with the banquet set up
- Order and organize medals and awards for the end of camp
- Assist with maintaining and coordinating counselor schedules and activity area schedules
Requirements
- Comfortability with Google Suite (docs, sheets)
- Team player, performs well under pressure
- Organized, diligent
- Experience with programming and working in an office setting
- Love for camp life!
