Camp Ketcha | Summer 2026 (June 15 – August 26) 
Starting at $17.50/hr | Age 18+ 

Do you love music, movement, or performing? Do you enjoy helping kids come out of their shell and try something new? 
Camp Ketcha is hiring a Music & Drama Instructor to lead fun, low-pressure activities that help campers ages 4–14 build confidence, creativity, and connection through music, movement, and storytelling. 

What you’ll do: 
Lead group games, skits, songs, and simple performances  
Create a welcoming space for self-expression and participation  
Adapt activities for different ages, comfort levels, and abilities  
Encourage teamwork, creativity, and confidence  
Keep activities fun, inclusive, and engaging for all campers  

This is not about putting on a polished production, it’s about helping kids feel comfortable, try new things, and have fun.

 
What we’re looking for:

Enjoys music, drama, or creative expression  
Comfortable being a little silly and leading group activities  
Encouraging, patient, and inclusive with all campers  
Able to manage a group and keep energy positive and focused  
This is an active, interactive role where you’ll spend your days outside, working with kids, and helping create a fun and supportive camp environment.

• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid Certification Required - We offer low cost classes before the start of camp season
