Do you enjoy being outside and helping kids connect with nature? Are you curious about wildlife, ecosystems, and how the natural world works?
Camp Ketcha is hiring an Environmental Education Instructor to lead hands-on, nature-based activities for campers ages 4 to 14 on our 107-acre campus in Scarborough.

Guide campers in outdoor exploration, observation, and discovery
Help campers build curiosity, awareness, and respect for the natural world
Adapt activities for different ages and group needs
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment

Interest in nature, environmental education, or outdoor learning
Enjoys working with children and being outside in all weather
Able to lead groups and keep campers engaged
Patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging
This is an active outdoor role where you will spend your days exploring, teaching, and helping campers build a connection to the natural world.
