Do you enjoy spending time in nature? Do you participate in hiking, climbing, canoeing and camping in the wilderness? If you answered yes to these questions then you should apply to be a Wilderness Trip Leader at Camp Walden this summer. Let's talk!
We are searching for Wilderness Trip Leaders to take 2 to 3 groups of 8-10 campers into the New Hampshire and Maine wilderness each week during the summer. The trips will include canoeing on rivers and lakes and climbing mountains. Trip leaders are responsible for teaching campers about the trips, what to pack, outdoor cooking and camping. They are also responsible for the group's health and safety. While on these trips they will teach campers about the outdoors including appreciation for the wilderness and “Leave No Trace” principles.
Requirements
Camp Walden is a traditional summer camp.
